Ingas Bar
Recommended by cole
ingas is a perfect restaurant year round, but especially cozy in the winter. i've never had a single bad dish and they also serve the best chocolate cake (matilda) in the city, which come swimming in a pool of creme anglaise.

“A delightful little Brooklyn Heights spot. Work up an appetite by walking through Brooklyn Bridge Park before you go.”
