The Baleada at La Tiendita II

Tiny store and restaurant in Lakewood.

I’d never had a baleada before. It’s a Honduran tortilla (thick, soft, more flavorful), a generous smear of beans, crema, queso, eggs, and avocado +/- meat. The whole is much greater than the sum of its parts.
