Mini Serrated Knife

Claire Saffitz

“It's weird how useful a small serrated knife is (even smaller than a tomato knife). They're the best for cutting clean slices of pastry and cakes, among other things. My best find is one from Dehillerin, but it's not listed online. This one is similar.”

Molly Hall

“This is all you need other than a chef's knife.”
