Couldn't agree with you more. I eat at a lot of Greek restaurants and everytime I ask how they can possibly serve octopus (admittedly I am completely vegetarian) but many of them have told me their wives want them to stop serving it. It gives me a bit of hope.

Agreed. I recently learned that cephalopod literally means “brain feet”. Almost like each arm/leg is a unique being working in unison with the rest of the body. I could never eat another.
