I learned today (okay a few weeks ago) on Rec League about this delightful word, and have since sought this experience out with cold, thick butter on anything warmed (think sourdough toast, blueberry muffin, etc). Life-changing stuff. No wonder why the Danish are the happiest people on earth.

Oh wow this is great. My parents are so stingy with butter and I remember the first time my best friend in college lathered it on her bread - I was horrified, but very quickly converted. My very favorite is on cornbread.
