17776
“I see a really clear parallel between America and football: both are beautiful, and both destroy people. This is not a recent development in either case: they are designed to create misery. They are both institutions I want to love unconditionally, but can’t possibly.” - Jon Bois. 17776 is a beautiful love letter to the importance of leisure and landscape, told by satellites.

“I can guarantee you that 17776 is unlike anything you’ve ever read or come across here on the Internet. Webcomic isn’t the right word and nor is novel. It’s more like a literary experience that will fundamentally alter what you believe is possible online. God bless you, Jon Bois! Thank you for this masterpiece 🏈 🛰️”
