I’m not sure if this is an obvious recommendation but I’ve bought this shoe multiple times in multiple colors.
Not everyone loves showing off their toes and not everyone loves seeing folks toes, I get it, but these are comfy cozy. They dress up and down nicely and last for miles.

I had a pair of these w/ the regular buckle! Not bad, but a bit slappier than I'd like.

What about one of the styles with two straps (or multiple)? I’ve walked really long ways in two strap Birkenstocks and they’ve always done pretty well. But I know it really depends on the person!

Have had many, many Birks (madrid, arizona, florida, boston, naples ...) and while I like them, I'm looking for something different 🌞

FWIW just got a pair of the sylt style - not too slapping, v comfortable and less Birk-looking? Also check out the Kyoto style, maybe?
