1Password Password Manager

Using strong passwords for all of your most sensitive data (banking websites, email, etc) can be difficult! They're hard to remember and it's tempting to use the same thing over and over, but this exposes you to a ton of risk.

I love password managers generally but 1Password in particular. It's a secure way to create and store really secure passwords, with the added benefit of being able to create "vaults" with passwords you can share with trusted individuals. I have passwords I share with my spouse, and I'm helping my mid-70s parents join too so I will have access to all their accounts if I need to.

If you have an iOS device, Apple also has their own password manager that is pretty good, but lacks some of the more advanced features 1Password offers.
