And the ones that you don’t make anymore but they’ve been pasted there for so many years you can’t bear to take them down.

When magazines used to exist, I would rip out recipes and tape them inside my cupboards. Still have/use them!

yes!! in addition to my wife’s slaw-that-goes-on-anything recipe, we also post our regular takeout orders. the sushi order is referenced bi-weekly!

I also tape standards to the inside of cabinets—- so 1 cp flour by weight is 120g KA white or brad flour, or the gran weight of egg whites, also temperatures for the therma pen- the guide is taped inside the cabinets nearest the stove for everything from bread to turkey.
