my ageing body has been craving strength workouts but the thought of entering a gym and being perceived is not my vibe and so it's cool i can do lots of these workouts from home!

it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket & you can sync up your music too. my sleep is already better! and somehow my menstrual cycle is less debilitating??
