Sleeping at night, no matter the time zone

One tablet usually gets me at least six hours of sleep, which is often all I need to get adjusted quickly. One will also help me catch a few hours in a redeye, even in an economy seat.

Bad news—I developed an allergy to this (yes, an ANTI-HISTAMINE) and now get wild hives if I take it. So, just know I’ll be jealously eyeing all of your bottles heretofore.
