Cabeau Evolution S3 Memory Foam Pillow (Black): Can be attached to your seat on the plane. supports your head and stops it from moving too much. Not super compatible with over ear headphones.

Cabeau Evolution S3 Airplane Travel Pillow (Jet Black): This keeps your really upright but some might find it too restricting. It can run hot. Packs down really well and everyone I recommend it too likes it.

Second tier recommendation: releaf neck rest. It’s not technically a pillow, but it packs light and down and it keeps me fully upright and from tilting either side (what I want in a pillow).
