When I was a teacher I kept a “smile” file for the student work and supportive notes that reminded me of what was great about my job and me doing my job.

I have a note called “compliments people have given me to read when I’m criticizing myself” and it is sooooo helpful to get out of that doom spiral

This is such an underrated practice! We call our folder “the brag box” and it’s not only an antidote to imposter syndrome, but also a genuinely helpful tool when marketing yourself/writing up experience on that most cursèd of platforms LinkedIn/prepping for job interviews.
