Have eaten this two nights in a row because it goes so hard. Inspired by the Molly Baz fried dolmas in More is More but tweaked to make it more meal-adjacent and use up what I had around!
Ingredients
1 can of TJs dolmas, patted dry
Feta
Handful of roasted pistachio nut meats (TJs has best prices)
Chili crisp
Honey
Spices (I went with salt, paprika, sumac, and garlic)
Instructions
Heat up some olive oil in a nonstick-ish skillet over medium heat (I used cast iron)
Add the dolmas in once it’s hot enough that they sizzle right away (cover with an oil shield this is messy!)
90ish seconds, then flip, remove after 90 seconds more
Crumble feta on top and toss on the nuts (could also schmear labneh on the plate under them instead of feta)
Generously sprinkle with spices
Spoon on some chili crisp and drizzle with a little honey
Enjoy!!!
