My go-to for plane noise. I have a sensitive little noggin and can’t handle the weird suction feeling of noise-cancelling headphones or earbuds, so I love these reusable earplugs from Loop (I also have their concert ones which are incredible). Customizable to your ear size and about as comfy as seems possible for reusable earplugs to be!

Besides disposable ones which admittedly are the comfiest imo, these I think are truly the best option.
