Trader Joe’s shrimp burger

Just discovered these! In Japan I would see ebi burgers and didn’t get a chance to try it so here I am cooking up shrimp patties like I am on a SpongeBob episode. I toasted some sesame buns, made a lemony mayo spread with siracha, added some lettuce and onions and voila!
