“Not a surprising recommendation, but for a non-casual enjoyer attempting to navigate the 30 minutes of waiting to taste satisfaction ratio I have some thoughts 💭! My favorite taco is an Al Pastor taco on a weekday before 6pm. The Al Pastor taco is incredibly juicy and lush, however on a weekend that the juice is lost. If you are resigned to a long Friday onwards wait time- skip the Al pastor. Sav”
