Make playlist for your loved ones: I love making playlists for the people in my life. Whenever I hear a song that reminds me of them or one I think they’d love even if they’ve never heard it, I add it to their playlist. It becomes a little musical portrait that keeps growing over time.

One of my favorite playlists is for my mom, who passed away 15 years ago. I still add songs to it whenever I stumble across something that makes me think, “She would have danced like crazy to this!” Every now and then, I listen to it or share a new addition with my sisters. It’s a beautiful way to keep remembering her through joy rather than sadness.
