I did away with paper towels years ago (I’ll link to my favorite flour sack towels separately) but it wasn’t until last year that I cracked the code for collecting dirty towels in my kitchen. I use this waxed canvas bag—it seems to be stain and mold resistant—but a large onion basket or other hanging basket would also work!
