Hal & Harper
I’m a big fan of Cooper Raiff’s other films, and Hal & Harper knocked it out of the park for me. So beautiful and tender and funny. I watched this as an only child and loved it but if u have siblings I feel like it’ll hit even harder.

“If you don’t have Mubi, get the free trial just to watch this 8 ep series. The soundtrack alone brought me to tears, but Cooper’s writing/directing/editing/acting with Lily’s impressive emotional acting PLUS Mark Ruffalo - this split me in half. A show about childhood trauma and family codependency but in the most unexpected and heart healing storytelling framework. Crazy that Cooper is only 29.”

“I loved this show so much. Oh, and Betty Gilpin has a smaller role in it and INCREDIBLE as always.”
