Outside of the box potato dish recs/ideas please! Headed to a potato themed party at the beach (7th annual) in a couple weeks and I’m stumped on what to make that’s not the typical potato dishes. This is the best way I’ve ever eaten a potato! I love how they’re crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. And this walnut, anchovy, garlic, Aleppo chili flake, golden raisin dressing sounds crazy on paper but is so phenomenal. Trust!
