I’m going to the lake with friends for a week and all we care about is food. What special celebratory meals feel like summer to you?

unbelievably delicious. bonus: you HAVE to make it ahead of time so it will take any stress out of the week. another bonus: no oven required.

also, make it ahead because it somehow just gets better with time.
