I bought one and wasn’t able to get into it, any tips on when you use yours? Maybe dependent on what kind of work you do for the majority of the day?

Yes! I use it primarily in meetings, especially ones where I am not talking or talking very little to avoid getting too out of breath. Otherwise I have also walked while doing mundane repetitive tasks, while reading emails, etc. I am not able to do deep focus work while walking but the rest just took some getting used to ☺️ context I’m in legal operations

i came here to rec the wfh walking pad experience!it does depend what you do for work, and it def takes a little while to get used to before you feel like you can actually work while walking. it’s worth it to push through. i’m in a lot of meetings throughout the day where i can watch/listen and it’s perfect for that. now my coworkers comment when i’m not using it because they expect to see me bobbing.
