Blue Diamond Nut-Thins Pecan Gluten-Free Crackers

i’m not even GF but these are my crackers of choice. pecans are amazing. did you know they grow on trees? so many of them just fall on the ground and yet we love to buy them. anyways these are great crackers. also good salt balance…although be warned my favorite food is basically salt.
