Recipes that freeze well? I’m finally renovating my falling apart kitchen and will be eating from the freezer for 1-2 weeks. I’ll set up a temporary kitchen with a single electric hot plate to warm things/do basic cooking, I also have a sandwich press, kettle & coffee machine.

Caro Chambers good soup: I skip the grains and add extra lentils, and sub in bone broth. Even my two year old loves it!
