Mixed baby garden lettuces and field greens, chervil, Italian parsley, watercress, basil, herb, and edible flower blossoms. Enoki mushrooms dressed with an extra virgin olive oil and pear vinegar vinaigrette.

Did you know Esprit had a cafe? I’ve never forgotten the salad with edible flowers (nasturtiums). Like all things Esprit it managed to be both fun and sophisticated. The cafe used zip ties as napkin rings.
