Outside of the box potato dish recs/ideas please! Headed to a potato themed party at the beach (7th annual) in a couple weeks and I’m stumped on what to make that’s not the typical potato dishes. There will be a potato appetizer competition and I’m competitive! 😅 My brain can only think of potato salad, fried potatoes, mashed, baked etc…but I want to make something different, unique…
