KJ's Kimchee

Grocery stores have been overtaken by Not Yo Mama's, but this is the stuff. Give me fizz and heat. There was an Asian grocery store in Fort Lee, NJ in the 80s and 90s called Chang's that carried this, it was a staple in my Jewish household (you see the fermentation connection), and I hadn’t seen it since. We were reunited on a recent trip to New May Wah.
