🍱 Edokko 江戸ッ子

If you're looking for a lunch that's conveniently located to the main tourist attractions like Nikkō Tōshōgū (日光東照宮), then I think grabbing lunch at Edokko (江戸ッ子) is a good option!

It's primarily a soba shop, but has a Nikkō-style yuba sampler where you can try yuba prepared many different ways like yuba sashimi and yuba tempura (Nikkō's yuba is a bit thicker than some you might be used to). tbh it was A LOT of yuba to work through, but I think trying the local delicacy is always a must when traveling!
