Potato chip towers!

I’m certainly not the first to recommend this to you, but I may be the first to recommend a shop where you can find all the ingredients. Surprise, it’s Big Night.

Layer your favorite potato chips, prosciutto, and shaved manchego cheese into a small plate. Dot a few olives and stack piparra peppers (gotta be piparra!) on the mount and drizzle with a spicy oil - we used Algae’s gochugaru chili oil. Enjoy, preferably with a crisp white or ice-cold martini.
