Wrap sandwiches in parchment paper

When I make sandwiches, I pretend I work at a little deli and wrap them in parchment paper to make it feel official. I’ll even label them or add little drawings if I’m making a bunch to share. It keeps everything together, but mostly I just love the little sandwich reveal when you slice it in half.
