Favorite essential oil blends for diffusion! I bought a kind of cheap fan for my bedroom that has an “aromatherapy pad” that I can put some oils on and it will blow around the room. What should I put on that thang?!
Grounding and calming, or a sleep blend like this one. My friend works for this company and they are top notch, held to European standards rather than US.
