Best of Ireland (Cassie Stokes): I have my own list that I can send you too but my friend Cassie just released this book and she really is the expert — she does loads of videos too!!! My can’t miss places are Galway, Kinsale and dingle. Don’t spend too much time in Dublin the country is so so so full of brilliant places. ALSO must do an Aran islands day trip when you’re in Galway — boat there, you’ll bike up to the top (they have e-bikes) sit on the most glorious cliff side, then bike down, have a pint — get on the ferry see the cliffs of moher from the boat (best way to see them imho) and back by dinner !!!!
