Lemony Potatoes with Sweet Italian Sausage

This is so simple but the payoff is spectacular. The Italian sausage and lemony potato combo is so damn good!

In a Dutch oven, sauté some Sweet Italian sausage, once that’s cooked through add in a sliced onion, parsley, and lemon zest.

Cook that down a bit and then add in some wedges of waxy potatoes. Give it a stir and add a splash of water and some olive oil.

Cover for a little while and throw into a 400° oven for ~ 45 mins. I like to take the lid off and roast a little further so they get a bit crisp.

Top with more lemon juice, zest, parsley and flaky salt 🥔❤️
