Potato Bread from King Arthur Baking
this is easily the best white sandwich bread i've ever tried. it's soft, easily sliceable, and has great flavor. this recipe makes a loaf that, unlike most white bread recipes, isn't too crumbly and doesn't dry out like 3 seconds after coming out of the oven.
