Toast Tent

Making a sandwich in the morning to take to the beach?! (Or to work?) When you take bread out of the toaster, first tent it! Prop the two slices standing up like a little lean-to and let them cool. This prevents them from steaming on the plate & getting soggy. Your bread will then be crispy and ready to receive toppings. Future sandwich-eating you will thank you.
