What is your everyday work bag? Is it a backpack? A tote? I commute via public transit in all weather, so looking for something 1) stylish!! 2) practical- pockets, won’t kill my shoulders/back 3) can hold all the work things- laptop, water bottle, lunch?

I love that this bag can be worn over the shoulder or as a backpack, and has a strap in the back to put it on your carry-on. I have it in blue but this yellow one is currently on sale!
