(Aged Balsamic) Balsamico di Modena DOP Pedroni Extravecchio 25 Anni

I was in the dark on aged balsamic vinegar until the owner of an Italian wine store let me try it.

A few drops on a salad, vanilla ice cream, or even a cut of Parmesan will make your dish transcendent.

This one has been aged for 25 years and has the consistency of a syrup. A few drops goes a long way, so a bottle will last me almost a year.
