Putting up hyper-local flyers on neighborhood telephone poles

These fun “pole polls” started popping up in West Berkeley earlier in the year, and I love how extremely local and specific to the neighborhood they are. It made me feel more connected to the surrounding community despite not interacting with anyone directly. Viewing physical flyers for neighborhood ceramics classes, etc. offline has been a refreshing change of pace from the ads that target us online.
