“One pot, more like plopping things in than prepping. Will make any Lima bean skeptic a convert (including me!). Simple, but fancy enough for a dinner party. Simmering the beans is the most time-consuming part but I like to hang with a glass of wine while I scoop off the foam. Just as good with grated Parmesan if burrata feels like too much.”
