Magnesium Powered Electrolytes

This is my favorite electrolyte powder. High in magnesium. All the flavors are good (no duds!!) but I like iced tea best.

I use a half packet every morning in my “pond smoothie” à la @Laura Wright —chia seeds, psyllium husk, water.
