the yt managerial class is really showing us what's been under their sleeve this whole time... racism. 600,000 black women have been pushed out of the job market & these companies are not only complicit but are actively discriminatory. im so tired of logging onto zoom interviews and watching their faces twist once they see my brown skin. if you are a yt person with power, use it for good... for once! omg!
