Having meaningful investment in one professional sports team that kinda sucks.

I am not a “sports guy” but I have seriously followed the Atlanta Falcons for most of my life. Gives my fall a bit of extra purpose. They have never been super good save a few seasons. It’s cool to bond over a team where fandom is rare and tortured. Notably I am not from nor have never lived in Atlanta.
