Every single year no matter what. Check in for everything and if you don’t want to chance it get any spot removed.
One annual visit to the dermatologist saves me from spending $$$ on scalp and face products that don’t quite work. The prescription packaging is never as cute but your skin will be. Even if you have mild acne/rosacea/something itchy let them hook you up with the right goo.
