The Complete Tales & Poems of Edgar Allan Poe
Recommended by April
I read “The Raven” on my own and then “Tell-Tale Heart” in an English class I transformed into a Poe Hoe and never looked back. English teachers save lives. So recommending both this book and finding your comfort English teacher even if they never know what they did for you.

I have such mixed feelings on Poe but find him absolutely fascinating. I’m always so compelled by the intersection of horror and “madness” and that’s where he lives.

Yes like one of those “I can’t look but I also can’t really look away” feelings
