Headache Hat Ice Pack for Migraines

Fellow sinus and migraine sufferers, this is 100% necessary. I got one as a gift a couple of years ago and have never looked back. In fact I have two so that when one needs to be re frozen I have a backup. Recommend doubling up for those who get multi day headaches.

There are other cooling eye masks that look like superhero masks (with the eyes cutout) that may be useful to wear as you write the paper because you can still see out of it”
