I tried this last night and it was invigorating for my sinuses! Where is the best spot to put it/what to you recommend so it doesn’t immediately wash away though.

So good question! I don’t out it on my body unless I want to when I get out! I do a Vicks shower melt for sinuses but for these you want to let the heated steam from the shower spread it around. You can put like 10-15 drops in a damp washcloth and set it just outside the direct stream so the steam catches it, you can put some essential oils on the shower floor as far from the drain as possible (but I wouldn’t do this one some ppl do) or you can do a little bowl of water and add the drops in there or a little tea ball holder and that should help. The heat in the air is what Carries it. Be careful putting directly on your skin I usually will mix with some unscented lotion bc I have sensitive skin. Several options bc the best way depends on your shower anatomy and design. I personally don’t put the oils on the shower floor bc my shower gets too slippery and I don’t have a grip mat. I do the other two but wash cloth seems best.

Oh yes sorry I didn’t clarify! I have sensitive skin too, so I didn’t put it on my skin either. I dropped it on the shower floor and away it went, down the drain… That is so helpful thank you!

No worries!! Also half eucalyptus in your shower if you sit. Have it it kind of adds another type of aromatherapy.

Another essential oil question! Not for the shower, but do you have a diffuser/what would you recommend?

I don’t have one because of my cat unfortunately a lot of essential oil fumes are toxic to them so I just don’t want to risk it
