listings project

“If you are in New York or Los Angeles (other places too, but especially these places), LP is the gold standard for finding a sublet. Usually the people who post them are inundated with requests and the places are hard to get, but if you specify why you need it people are generous and kind. It's worth paying the membership fee to get the listings early so that you can sort through them and line up”

“Years and years ago this was a weekly listserv with under the radar rentals and sublets geared toward creatives. It’s evolved quite a bit since then but still has some great finds.”

“My favorite creative classifieds for apartments, studios, and work. Global now but based in NYC.”
