I’ve bought this as a gift before for someone who wanted something similar: a blank canvas jacket to decorate with pins.

This isn’t the exact one we got — ours is a black Gap (not Gap Factory) Utility Jacket from over two years ago that isn’t sold any longer. But this looks close-ish, and may also give you some ideas for what sort of thing to look for if this isn’t it for you!
