this is marketed as either for skin or babies but it change the way I sleep. It's always on when the heat is on and keeps those sinuses moist. it's cool mist, has a filter so you can use tap water, and it's easy to clean (most parts go in the dishwasher and there's a larger opening on the water tank so you can actually get in there). People ask me about this all the time because I never shut up about it from oct-may. Here's my IG highlight about it

I’ve heard it’s extremely loud—have you taken issue with it?

There’s definitely a noise, i don’t think it’s louder than any other humidifier or my heat kicking on or an ac unit. There is a white noise filter on it that i DO think is too loud so i don’t use that. The sound functions as white noise for me and i got used to it quickly and kind of miss it when it’s not on now.
